Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. To avoid renewal, you must cancel before the next delivery.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy Items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
